Holy shit! Yeah that looks painful, but the biggest surprise for me is that the wheel looks like it came out in one piece.
Yeah, I was impressed by that as well, not sure if it'd still be ride-able after being pancaked like that though, I'm guessing it was just the tire holding it all together.
