Thursday Night Polo.

Remember all you hip cats, it's Thursday.
That means Thursday Night Polo down by the sea side.
Those of that know your way, kick arse. Those that don't and wanna come shoot us the Email, or call your local polo buddy.

We will be meeting at Polo Sam's Pizza House, for a themed dinner and drinks before play. So bring delicious toppings. Sam has the bases covered, she all over that. p.s. (non meaty please)

Nationals this weekend!

We're sending two teams over to Brisbane this weekend for the 2010 nationals, and consequently there will be no polo this sunday.
Wish us luck in destroying the other teams!

Our Weekly west-side polo session is being moved to Wednesday and will be North side this evening. I've sent an e-mail to the usual suspects, but if you're keen and didn't get it then let me know and I'll shoot you the details.

Ripped directly from hardcourt bike polo (check it out, there are a few more shirts there), but I managed to miss it so reposting here incase others do the same. I agree with the sentiment - this seems to convey the mood of the tournament better than anything else I've seen. How many faces do you recognise?

Thursday westside polo down by the beach turn up at 6:30ish bring your bike and mallet. Location may be variable, with nice casual ride out. Meet at Sam's with the possibility of raiding her delicious food containment vessel (fridge).

Beer don't forget the beer, and the keys for your bike lock.

I didn't come here to play water polo

It was a very wet sunday session, but the desire to play polo prevailed and we battled on despite the elements and the risk of losing a player to the depths of the ever growing lake in the north-east corner of the court. Perhaps it was the cold, or possibly the beer, but I could have sworn I saw a fish in there... or maybe it was just Steve...
